The coffee
Washed Caturra and Colombia varietals, grown at 1,700m, fermented for 18 hours, dried on raised beds. Lot size is about forty sacks, so it will sell out. When it does, this page comes down instead of the coffee being replaced.
Brewing
60g per litre, water just off the boil, slow pour. Rest at least four days. If the cup tastes sharp, it's under-extracted — grind finer before blaming the coffee.
